Any generation of these J body are alive there. I’m seen more of these in Monroe County than in New Jersey all together. If anyone disagrees post a car that you think represents Pennsyltucky.

The J-body is a good choice, but I’d also add 80s GM A-body and W-body cars - Chevy Celebrities, Olds Cutlass Cieras, etc. and the 10th generation jelly bean style Ford F-150.

I’d argue that the J-body or the cobalt is the official car of any rural area with a low median income. also see: Chevy Colorado

I’ve seen more B body GM cars than the W bodies. I don’t know why the a bodies and W bodies aren’t prevalent maybe because of the Roger Smith era quality.

As a fellow Monroe County resident, I concur with this statement.

I live in Crawford county in the west and.... Yeah, pretty much. These and beat-to-hell old pickups are pretty much the standard.
